1. They sleep longer than eight hours each day.

Every healthy person I know engages in some variation of these routines to clear their minds and focus on the here and now.


You must take steps to develop mindfulness, whether it be through meditation, walking, yoga, sensory deprivation tanks, or other activities.


5. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.


This is clear.


People who are healthy exercise frequently.


You'll therefore feel 10 times better and fuller if you work out for 30 minutes each day.

6. They maintain a healthy lifestyle


Even if you don't exercise, you may still lead an active lifestyle.

Life gets progressively duller when there are no pursuits to make of your time and no activities to keep you busy.


Even if you are retired, you should always have 2-4 major objectives that you are working toward.

A minimum of one partner is intimately connected to a healthy person.

Make finding a romantic companion your top priority if you don't already have one.


Every element of your life will improve if you find the proper spouse, but watch out—every aspect will suffer if you choose the wrong one.
