2. Water aerobics
Water aerobics is a great way to work out without burning calories. Just lie down on a mat or towel and float around slowly while keeping your arms at your sides. Your feet won't touch the floor, so don't worry if they get wet. You'll burn lots of calories, but you won't feel tired afterwards.
3. Walking
Walking is a great workout and burns tons of calories. Walk briskly for 30 minutes three times per week. After a few weeks, you'll find walking becomes easier and you'll want to increase the time you spend walking.

4. Yoga
Yoga combines stretching and breathing exercises with meditation. It helps tone muscles and strengthen the body.
5. Swimming

Running is a fun way to get started. Start running 10-15 minutes each day and gradually increase the time. Run until you start feeling tired and then walk for a short period before starting again.
7. Strength training
Strength training involves lifting weights and using free weights. It builds muscle mass and helps burn fat. Try doing pushups, squats, pull ups, and lunges.
